Three simple steps to find and improve your pension

  • Step 1

    Step 0

Download our HMRC pension tracing forms and sign up online with us once you've heard back from HMRC (they usually respond in 30 days). We can then look into your pensions value, performance, fees and flexibility and tell you all about them.

  • Step 2

    Step 1

If we can make improvements to your pension we’ll recommend transferring into a new pension. We will share all the details of our advice and recommendation with you (via post, digitally and over the phone should you wish).

  • Step 3

    Step 2

If you decide to accept our advice we will arrange the transfer of your savings into the new pension and let you know as soon as this is done. That’s when we’ll charge an arrangement fee, deducted from your pension. If you decide not to switch, there’s no charge.
